- 300 grams pork escalope (without fat, shredded)
- 1 large carrot (julienned)
- ½ green Papaya (seeded, cut into strips)
- 80 grams white Daikon radish (cut into strips)
- 30 grams Peanuts (toasted and coarsely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Coriander
- 250 grams soybean sprout
- 250 grams Cucumber (peeled, cored and cut into thin strips)
- 1 Tbsp Lemongrass (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp liquid honey
- 2 Tbsps Peanut oil
- 1 Tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tsps Fish sauce
- 3 red chili peppers (cut into thin rings)
- 6 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

In a hot wok with oil, sauté the meat while stirring for about 2 minutes. Remove and set aside to cool in a bowl.

Mix the honey, peanut oil, soy sauce, fish sauce, and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Mix all the other ingredients together, add the meat, toss with the dressing to coat and leave to marinate for about 1 hour. Serve the salad arranged on plates and garnish as desired.
