- 400 grams Wide rice noodle
- 600 grams Bok Choy
- 400 grams Pork (fillet or loin)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red chili pepper
- 3 centimeters fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsps sesame oil
- light soy sauce
- Fish sauce
Preparation steps

Cook the rice noodles according to package directions. Rinse the bok choy, peel thick stems and cut into pieces. Coarsely chop the leaves. Rinse the meat, pat dry and cut into thin strips.

Peel garlic and chop finely. Rinse, peel and cut the ginger into thin strips. Halve the chile pepper, remove the seeds and finely chop. Heat the oil in a wok or large deep skillet, add the meat, garlic and chile pepper and cook 1-2 minutes.

Add the bok choy, sauté briefly and deglaze with a little soy sauce. Cook, stirring until everything is well combined, season with soy sauce and fish sauce and serve on the drained noodles.
