- ⅜ l Apple juice
- 1 centimeter fresh ginger
- 2 Star anise
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 6 cloves
- 2 allspice
- 100 grams brown sugar
- ⅛ l brown Rum
Preparation steps

Add the black tea and the apple juice to a saucepan. Peel the ginger. Add the whole piece of ginger, the remaining spices, and the sugar to the saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add the rum, and heat again until warm throughout. Pour the hot punch into glasses. Remove the spices if you'd like, sweeten to taste, and serve immediately.
