Preparation steps

Rinse the arugula, drain thoroughly, and tear into small pieces if necessary. Peel and halve the avocados. Remove the seeds and thinly slice crosswise.

Rinse the grapefruit and peel thoroughly. Separate the whole fruit segments. Reserve any juice collected during this process in a bowl. Squeeze what remains of the grapefruit into the bowl. Mix the juice with the oil, then season to taste with salt and sugar. Gently mix the arugula with the avocado and grapefruit segments. Drizzle with the dressing, arrange in bowls, and serve.
