1 handful Spinach
8 Radish

4 tsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

Trim arugula, watercress and dandelion, rinse and drain well. Trim spinach, rinse, drain and remove the thick stems. Bring plenty of salted water to a boil. Dip greens and spinach in the boiling water for a few seconds. Rinse a colander with cold water and drain well.

Stir together the olive oil, lemon juice and sugar and season with salt and pepper. Crumble the feta cheese. Rinse radishes, trim and cut into fine strips. Mix herbs and spinach with the radishes, then mix everything with the dressing and divide between 2 plates. Sprinkle the feta cheese over the salads and serve.
