- 150 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 100 grams Parmesan (piece)

Preparation steps
1.
Remove the hard stems from the arugula. Rinse the arugula and pat dry. Rinse and halve the cherry tomatoes. Mix the oil with the balsamic vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss the arugula and the tomatoes with the vinaigrette.
2.
Arrange the salad on plates. Shave the parmesan cheese over the salad and serve.
