- 300 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and spin dry the arugula. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into slices. Peel, ha;ve and slice the onion. Arrange the prepared salad ingredients on a plate.
2.
For the dressing, whisk the lemon juice with the vinegar and the oil Season with sugar and salt. To serve, sprinkle and drizzle over salad.
