- 1 kilogram ripe Apricot
- 500 grams Nectarine
- 4 Tbsps lemon juice
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 500 grams jam sugar (3:1 ratio)

Preparation steps

Rinse the apricots and nectarines, drain well, halve, and remove the seeds. Place half the apricots, the nectarines, and the lemon juice in a blender, then puree. Chop the remaining apricots.
2.
Bring the fruit, puree, jam sugar, and thyem to a boil in a saucepan, constantly stirring. Boil for 4 minutes, continuing to stir. Remove the pan from the heat, and remove the thyme sprigs. Fill your prepared jars to the bring, seal tightly, and let cool.
