50 grams raisins
50 grams golden raisin
100 grams mixed Nut (almonds, walnuts, pistachios)

Preparation steps

1.

Melt sugar in a saucepan and let caramelize until light brown, carefully add cream. Simmer, stirring, until smooth and thick.  Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

2.

Rinse and dry apples, core with an apple corer. Place on plates.

3.

Combine raisins and coarsely chopped nuts.

4.

Stuff apples with nut and raisin mixture and drizzle with caramel. Serve.
