100 milliliters Vegetable broth
1 Apple
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Calvados
2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
1 tablespoon Chile oil
salt
freshly ground peppers
cayenne pepper

Preparation steps

Bring the vegetable broth to a boil. Peel and quarter the apples. Remove the core, and finely dice. 

2.

Place the apples into the broth and simmer for 5-6 minutes until soft. Remove from the heat, cool slighty, and puree the mixture. Mix the apple puree with the apple cider vinegar, sugar, and both oils.

Season to taste with calvados, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Serve the dressing at room temperature.
