- 1 Tbsp parsley (chopped)
- 50 milliliters Apple juice
- 3 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsps Walnut oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps

Rinse and quarter the apple. Remove the core and finely dice.
