- 1 kilogram Strawberries
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 kilogram jam sugar
- 2 handfuls Rose petal (red)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse, clean and cut the strawberries into pieces. In a saucepan, stir in the lemon juice and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for about 4 minutes, then add the rose petals and puree the jam with a hand blender.

To check jam's texture, put a few drops of jam on a cold plate and if it sets up and gels, it's ready to pour into the jars.

Pour the jam into hot, prepared jelly jars, filling to just below the rim. Seal tightly with lids and allow to cool. Serve atop muffins, fresh bread, or pancakes and waffles.
