½ handful mint
2 organic Limes
4 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse apples, remove cores and chop. Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the core and dice. Rinse the mint, shake dry, set four leaves aside for garnish and pluck the rest from the stems. Rinse the lime hot water and cut one into 6 thin crosswise slices. Squeeze the juice of the other lime.

Puree the apples, mango, mint leaves, lime juice and yogurt in a blender. Add about 200 ml (approximately 3/4 cup) of water and blend into a creamy smoothie. Thread three slices of lime with mint stuck on skewers. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve garnished with skewers.
