- 2 ripe Kiwi
- 3 lemons
- 6 ozs sugar
- 1 l mineral water

Preparation steps

Rinse and halve the apples. Peel the kiwis and cut into cubes. Rinse the lemons and cut into slices. Put the fruit in a jar, sprinkle with sugar and let sit for 2 hours.

Pour mineral water into the jar, seal firmly and let sit for another 2 days. Serve in glasses.
