Preparation steps

1.

Peel celery root and cut into thin slices. Cut slices into thin strips. Mix with half the lemon juice.

Rinse apples, cut into quarters and core. Cut apples into thin strips. Mix apples with celery root.

3.

Mix mayonnaise with yogurt and remaining lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and honey. Mix with celery root and apples.

4.

Chop walnuts and sprinkle over salad before serving.
