- ¼ cube fresh Yeast (approx 10 grams)
- 200 grams Pastry flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 ½ Tbsps sunflower oil
- 1 onion
- 1 handful Chives
- 100 grams diced Bacon
- 100 grams Sour cream
Preparation steps

In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the yeast in 100 ml (about 1/3 cup) lukewarm water. Mix in the flour, salt, and oil to make a dough and knead well. Shape the dough into a ball, cover, and let rise in a warm place.

Peel the onion and chop fine. Rinse and dry the chives and slice thin. Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Roll out the dough very thin. (Make 1 large crust or divide the dough in fourths before rolling out, as desired.) Place rolled dough on a baking sheet or baking sheets lined with parchment.
Spread the sour cream over the dough an distribute the onion and bacon evenly over the dough. Bake for about 15 minutes.
To serve, sprinkle with the chives and cut into wedges.
