30 grams butter
200 milliliters dry white wine
1 l Beef broth
1 tsp Caraway

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Peel onions and cut into thin strips. In a saucepan, heat butter and sauté onions until golden. Add wine, broth, and spices and season with salt and pepper. Simmer over medium heat, 10-15 minutes.

Place baguette slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake until golden-brown.

Place toasted baguette slices in 4 soup bowls. Season soup again and divide among bowls. Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve garnished with parsley.
