2 Tbsps raisins
1 tsp fennel seeds

Preparation steps

Rinse and trim the zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and cut into 1 cm thick slices (approximately 1/2 inch). Peel and chop the onion and sweat in some oil until translucent.

Add the zucchini and sauté briefly. Then, add the pine nuts and raisins. Shower with fennel seeds and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes and serve garnished with parsley.
