Preparation steps

Trim and rinse the zucchini and cut into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) thick slices. Rinse the chile pepper, cut lengthwise, remove the seeds and ribs and cut into thin slices. Peel the garlic and finely chop. Rinse the parsley, shake dry, pluck the leaves from the stems and chop.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan or saucepan, add the garlic, the chile and the zucchini and saute for 3-5 minutes. Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the parsley at the end. Serve with grilled meat or fish.
