4 Tbsps Bacon (lean, diced)
2 Tbsps onions
150 grams Raclette Cheese (brick)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse zucchini, pat dry and coarsely grate using a vegetable grater. Season with salt and pepper. Grate Raclette cheese coarsely and mix with corn, onions and bacon. Add zucchini.

2.

Spread mixture evenly between 8 Raclette trays and cook in a Raclette maker for 10-15 minutes. Remove and serve hot.
