Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the zucchini, remove the flowers and the greens. Cut the 4 of the zucchini in half lengthwise and remove the seeds with a spoon. Cut 1 zucchini into small cubes.

Cut the ham into small pieces.

3.

Rinse herbs, shake dry and chop finely.

4.

Cut the mozzarella into thin slices.

5.

Sauté ham in hot oil, add zucchini cubes, cook briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the chopped herbs.

Fill the zucchini with the cooked filling and place on a greased baking tray. Cover the zucchini with mozzarella slices and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve garnished with tarragon.
