Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the zucchini, cut off the ends and halve lengthwise. Cut the basil into thin strips and mix with the oil. Brush the oil on the cut surfaces of the zucchini. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the zucchini halves in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and parmesan. Bake for about 10 minutes at 240°C (approximately 475°F). Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and serve.
