Zucchini and Cheese Puff
Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6.
Fry the onion and garlic in hot oil. Add the courgettes, fry for a few minutes and season with salt and ground black pepper. Stir in the raisins and the cheese.
Roll out the pastry and top one half with the filling leaving an edge approx. 1-2 cm all the way round. Brush the edge with a little water, fold the other half over the filling and press the edges together.
Brush with the beaten egg yolk and make diagonal cuts along the surface. Sprinkle with sesame seed and bake for around 30 min.
