- 2 garlic cloves
- juice of lemons
- 3 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 3 Tbsps Whipped cream
- ¼ tsp ground cilantro
- ¼ tsp Cumin
- salt
- 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the garlic. Pass through a press, and mix into the tahini. Stir in the lemon juice, yogurt, heavy cream, coriander, and cumin. Season to taste with salt and chill in the refrigerator.

Toast the sesame seeds in dry pan, and sprinkle over the sauce. Serve the sauce with flatbread.
