- 300 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat) (3.5% fat)
- 200 grams Buttermilk
- 2 Tbsps powdered sugar
- 1 Vanilla bean

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the raspberries, purée finely and strain through a sieve.
Combine the yogurt, buttermilk, powdered sugar and the vanilla bean and mix well.
2.
Mix half the cream with the raspberry purée.
Pour into 4 glasses, alternating the pink and white. Chill for an hour before serving.
