Lamb Skewers with Mint Yogurt Sauce
For lamb kebabs, knead all the ingredients up to the honey. Season with salt and pepper, form elongated rolls and cook in hot olive oil on all sides about 12 minutes.
In the last 2 minutes drizzle with the honey, pour in 3-4 tablespoons of water and let caramelize in the pan while agitating briefly at a low temperature.
Meanwhile, stir the yogurt together with mint and season with salt and pepper. Put the lamb kebabs on skewers, garnish with fresh mint and serve warm with the yogurt.
