2 Oranges (filleted, juice retained)
4 Tbsps lemon juice
1 tsp runny honey
6 Tbsps grapeseed oil
4 cups Frisée (ripped into bite-sized pieces)
9 ozs smoked duck legs (sliced)
4 slices Toast (cut into star shapes)

1 Pot, 1 Skillet, 1 Plate, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Slotted spatula

Preparation steps

1.
Place the cranberries in a pot with the orange juice and bring to the boil. Allow to boil until the berries begin to burst. Set aside and leave to cool.
2.
To make the dressing mix together the lemon juice, honey and oil and season with salt and pepper.
3.
Arrange the orange fillets and the lettuce on plates, drizzle with the dressing and place the cranberries and duck breast on top. Garnish with the toast stars.
