- For the flounder
- 8 Plaice fillet
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- salt

- For the wine batter
- 250 milliliters white wine
- 200 grams Pastry flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsps vegetable oil
- For the salad
- 2 bunches Radish
- 3 Pickled cucumbers
- 4 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 200 grams Sour cream
- salt
- peppers
- For serving
- 4 lemons
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- vegetable oil (for frying)

Preparation steps
1.
For the flounder, sprinkle fillets with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
2.
For the salad, rinse radishes and dice with pickles. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream, stir in radishes and pickles and season with salt and pepper.

For the batter, separate eggs and beat egg whites with salt until stiff peaks form. Mix egg yolks, flour and wine until smooth and season with salt and pepper. Fold egg whites into batter.

Heat oil in a saucepan until bubbles rise to the surface.

Pat fish fillets dry, dip in batter and fry in hot oil. Drain fried fillets on paper towels and keep warm in oven preheated to 140°C (approximately 275°F).
6.
To serve, arrange radish salad on lettuce leaves. Garnish fish fillets with lemon slices.
