4 Plaice fillet (about 160 grams each, ready to cook)
1 tablespoon Lemon pepper
1 tablespoon pink peppercorns
Sea salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the fillets and pat dry. Crush both types of pepper in a mortar. Season the fish on both sides with pepper and sea salt.

2.

Sear in some oil in a nonstick pan for 5-6 minutes on both sides until golden brown.

Serve immediately.
