- 150 grams Wild rice
- 100 grams butter
- 250 grams Mushrooms (cleaned, sliced)
- 1 garlic clove (chopped)
- 2 Tbsps dry Red wine
- 3 stems Celery
- 100 grams Pecan (chopped)
- 50 grams raisins
- 2 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
- 2 tsps grated Orange peel
- 2 Tbsps Orange juice
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 tsp sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Bring rice to a boil with twice the amount of salted water, cover and cook over low heat for 25-30 minutes. Drain excess water.
2.
Sauté mushrooms in a pan in butter until golden, add garlic and fry briefly, then pour in wine and simmer for a few seconds.
3.
Rinse celery, trim and cut into thin slices. Combine rice, celery and mushrooms with the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Season to taste and serve.
