400 grams Wild mushroom (mixed)
1 stalk Leeks
½ bunch Chives
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp Pastry flour
100 milliliters white wine
250 milliliters Vegetable broth
150 milliliters Whipped cream
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Wipe mushrooms with a paper towel, trim and cut into slices. Rinse leeks and cut into half rings. Rinse chives and cut into rolls. Heat butter in a pan and sauté leek. Add mushrooms and fry. Reduce heat, sprinkle flour over mushrooms and mix well.

Deglaze the pan with vegetable broth, stir, add wine and boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Add cream, stir, cover, simmer a further 2 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Let stand briefly, then serve immediately sprinkled with chives. If desired serve with toasted white bread.
