- 2 Sesame seed rolls
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 4 slices Wild boar fillet (about 70 grams)
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 small carrot (cut in fine strips)
- ½ red onion (cut in fine strips)
- 2 Tbsps Fig chutney (from a jar)
- 2 small Lettuce
- butter (for brushing)
- parsley

Preparation steps
1.
Mix the oil with crushed garlic clove.

Melt the butter with garlic oil in a pan and fry the wild boar fillets in it on both sides shortly, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Season with salt and pepper.
3.
Cut the rolls into halves and spread the cut surfaces with butter. Place 1 tablespoon fig chutney, lettuce, carrot and onion strips, and 2 wild boar fillets over each lower half of roll. Sprinkle with a little parsley and cover the burger with the top halves.
