Preparation steps
1.
Stir the quark and olive oil together until smooth and season with salt and pepper. Peel the onion, cut in half and slice thinly.

Rinse the oregano, pat dry and remove the leaves. Toast the whole wheat bread and spread with the quark mixture. Top with the sliced onion and oregano and serve.
