- 1 ¼ cups Whole wheat flour
- 2 tsps Baking powder
- 1 egg (jumbo)
- 1 cup 1% milk (plus extra if necessary)
- 1 dash salt
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ¾ cup fresh Blueberries
Preparation steps

Preheat a lightly oiled griddle over medium heat.

In a small bowl, sift flour and baking powder together; set aside. In a separate bowl, beat together egg, milk, salt and honey. Stir in flour until just moistened, gently fold in the blueberries.

Pour 1/4 cup batter at a time onto the prepared griddle. Cook until bubbly, about 1 1/2 minutes. Flip, and continue cooking until golden brown.

Divide between plates. Serve.
