1 kilogram small potatoes
100 milliliters dry white wine
100 grams sugar
100 grams butter
1 tsp dried thyme
2 Tbsps fresh, finely chopped parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the potatoes in plenty of water for 10-15 minutes. Allow to cool and peel. In a large pan, heat the sugar, white wine and thyme. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add the butter and allow to simmer, stirring into a liquid caramel.

2.

Put the potatoes in the pan immediately and cover in the glaze until golden brown. Sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve in bowls.
