5.333 cups cherry Tomatoes
11 ozs Goat cheese
3 Tbsps soy sauce
3 Tbsps olive oil
Basil
2 pinches salt

Preparation steps

1.
Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes. Cut the cheese into thin slices. Wash, dry and snip the basil leaves.
2.
Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan, toss the tomatoes in the hot oil for about 3 minutes, stirring all the while.
3.
When skins start coming away from flesh, remove pan from the heat and deglaze with the soy sauce.
4.
Shake the pan to coat the tomatoes well and add the remaining olive oil.
5.
Divide onto plates, season. Add the slices of cheese and sprinkle with snipped basil. Serve immediately.
