1 finely chopped garlic clove
2 scallions
50 grams chopped Walnut

2 Tbsps butter

Preparation steps

1.

Blanch the broccoli in salted water for about 5 minutes.

Rinse and trim the scallions and cut into very thin rings.

3.

Sauté the scallions with the ginger, garlic and walnuts in some butter. Add the broccoli along with 2 tablespoons of cooking water and toss everything together.

Season with salt and serve in bowls.
