Preparation steps

1.

Peel the celery, rinse and cut or slice into thin strips. Roast the walnuts in a dry hot pan, remove and coarsely chop. Mix the yogurt with the oil and the lemon juice and season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.

2.

Rinse the parsley, shake dry, chop and mix with the celery strips. Mix with the walnut and yogurt dressing. Serve arranged in small bowls.
