4 Saturn peaches
4 tsps butter
100 grams Mascarpone
2 medium eggs
2 Tbsps sugar
1 packet Vanilla sugar
powdered sugar (to sprinkle)

Preparation steps

1.

Carve the peaches and blanch in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Rinse in cold water and peel. Halve, remove the pits and cut the peaches into columns.

Grease 4 small ovenproof ramekins with butter. Spread the peach slices in the ramekins. Mix the mascarpone, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar. Pour the mascarpone mixture over the peaches. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200°C (approximately 400°F). Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
