- Mayonnaise
- 200 grams Crabmeat (canned)
- 2 Tomatoes
- ½ Cucumber
- 2 cooked eggs
- 8 Endive
- 8 slices Bacon
- freshly ground peppers
- ½ lemon (juiced)
- Lemon wedge (for garnishing)

Preparation steps
1.
Toast bread slices under a hot broiler until golden brown on both sides, watching carefully. Cook bacon in a dry pan until crispy. Peel eggs and cut into slices. Rinse cucumber and cut into thin slices. Rinse tomatoes and cut into slices. Drain crabmeat and sprinkle with lemon juice. Rinse endive leaves and pat dry.

Spread 4 toasted bread slices with 4 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Top with crabmeat, eggs and endives. Top with another 4 bread slices. Arrange cucumber slices, tomato slices and bacon on top, sprinkle with pepper and top with remaining bread slices. Secure with wooden skewers and serve garnished with parsley.
