1 large, red onion
½ Cucumber
3 Tomatoes
300 grams Tuna (Canned, undrained)
½ handful Basil
3 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar

Preparation steps

1.

Put beans in a colander. Rinse and drain. Peel onion, cut in half and thinly slice. Rinse cucumber and finely dice. Rinse tomatoes, cut away stems and cut into wedges.

Drain tuna. Rinse basil, shake dry and coarsely chop. Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl. Mix olive oil and vinegar together and season with salt and pepper. Store in a Tupperware bowl. Season with salt and pepper before serving with dressing.
