1 Cucumber (approximately 80 grams)
Celery (1 stalk)
150 grams Feta
1 shallot
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 tsp Vinegar

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse vegetables and chop. Peel shallots and slice thinly. Cut feta cheese into cubes. Mix oil in a bowl with vinegar and season with salt, pepper and oregano. Add feta cheese and vegetables to the bowl, mix and refrigerate.

2.

Cut a pocket in pita bread, spread each with a tablespoon of sour cream, add salad mixture and serve.
