100 grams soybean sprout (from a jar)

Preparation steps

Mix ground beef with garlic, mustard, egg yolks, salt and pepper and form small balls. Heat oil in a pan and fry the meatballs until brown.

Cook rice according to package directions. Toast the nuts in a dry skillet. Rinse bell peppers, cut in half, remove the core, and dice. Rinse spring onions and cut into thin rings. Blanch bell peppers and broccoli for 3 minutes in boiling salted water, rinse with cold water and drain. Cut chile peppers into thin rings and drain bean sprouts.

Heat oil in a pan, fry chiles briefly, then add vegetables, rice, sprouts and beef meatballs. Mix well, then season with salt and pepper.
