- 250 grams Cauliflower
- 450 grams potatoes
- 150 grams Chickpea flour
- 26 stems cilantro
- 1 tsp Garam Masala (Indian spice mix)
- ½ tsp peppers
- 300 milliliters vegetable oil (for cooking)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse cauliflower and cut into pieces. Rinse and peel potatoes, quarter and cook in salted water for about 15 minutes. Drain and press through a ricer. Mash cauliflower and combine with potatoes, place into a bowl.
2.
Chop cilantro leaves finely and combine with chickpea flour, garam masala, salt and pepper. Combime with vegetables and shape into 20-24 small balls.
3.
Heat oil in a pot and cook balls, few at a time, until golden brown, drain on paper towels. Remove from the oven and serve.
