Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the vegetables and cut into cubes. Cut tofu into cubes.

2.

Thread the vegetables alternately with tofu on skewers and season with salt and pepper. Cook in a pan with some olive oil. Shortly before the vegetables are ready, season the skewers with crushed garlic, chopped thyme and rosemary.
