Chocolate contains a high level of antioxidants. Some studies have suggested chocolate could lower cholesterol levels and prevent memory decline; however, chocolate contains a large number of calories, so if you are trying to lose weight, it is best to eat chocolate in moderation.
You can serve these on a dessert plate with some fruits and nuts for a lovely presentation. You can also add different things to the truffles like dried fruits, nuts, or coconut.

- 2 Tbsps Acai berry
- 1 Tbsp Hemp seeds
- ⅜ cup Coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp powdered Wheatgrass
- 1 Tbsp Stevia
- 1 cup Chocolate (100% raw unsweetened)
- 3 Tbsps Coconut oil
- 3 Tbsps dark Agave syrup
- 2 Tbsps Carob
- non-fat cooking spray
Preparation steps

Combine the berries, hemp seeds, coconut milk, wheatgrass powder, and stevia in a food processor. Leave to macerate for 10 minutes, then blend until smooth.

Pour into a heatproof bowl and add the chocolate, coconut oil and agave nectar. Set the bowl on top of a half-filled saucepan of gently simmering water.

Stir occasionally until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.

Spray a 24-hole heart-shaped confectionery mould with non-fat cooking spray. Pour the chocolate mixture into the moulds and chill for 1 hour or until firm.
5.
Once set, turn out and serve.
