4 ozs dried Date (pitted)
2 ozs almonds
1 Tbsp dark cocoa powder
For the glaze
5 tsps Coconut oil
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 Tbsp Maple syrup

Preparation steps

1.

Crush dates with almonds and 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder in a food processor or strong blender to a sticky paste.

Form 20 balls of the same size from the mass.

3.

For the glaze, melt coconut oil at low heat and remove it from the stove. Stir in cocoa powder and maple syrup with a whisk and roll date almond balls in it. Then let it set on a rack covered with baking paper (if necessary in the refrigerator).

Store vegan chocolate pralines with glaze in an airtight tin in the refrigerator.
