Preparation

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 Bowl, 1 Teaspoon, 1 flacher Pot mit Deckel, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Garlic press, 1 Measuring cups

Preparation steps

1.
Break the gelatine into pieces and put in a little cold water to soften.
2.
Put half the raspberries and half the blueberries into a small pan with the lemon juice, sugar and 125 ml water. Cook gently for about 7 minutes then push through a sieve. Return the juice to the pan and discard the pulp.
3.
Squeeze out the gelatine and heat very gently with the berry juice until dissolved. Pour a little into the bottom of 4 serving glasses and place in the fridge until nearly set.
4.
Pour in the rest of the berry juice and the whole berries and return to the fridge until completely set.
