- 1 kilogram Juneberry
- 500 grams jam sugar (2:1)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 handful organic Rose petal
Preparation steps

Rinse the juneberries and remove the stems. Mix the berries, sugar, lemon juice and rose petals. Cover and let sit overnight.

The next day, bring the mixture to a boil. Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour into hot-rinsed jars and seal tightly. Rest upside down for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, flip right side up and let cool before serving.
