- 1 cup Cranberry (lightly crushed with a fork)
- 2 Pear (peeled, cored and roughly chopped)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsps honey
- ¼ cup butter
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup flour
- 2 Tbsps Oatmeal
- Whipped cream (to serve)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 200ºC (180º fan) 400ºF, gas 6.

Mix together the cranberries, chopped pears and cinnamon, divide between 4 individual ovenproof serving dishes and drizzle with the honey.
3.
Rub together the butter, sugar and flour until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs then stir in the oatmeal. Scatter the mixture over the top of the dishes and bake in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes. Srve with the whipped cream.
