500 grams turkey breasts
1 Tbsp clarified butter
1 shallot (finely chopped)
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp ground almonds
2 egg yolks
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps Sesame seeds (toasted)
250 milliliters Whipped cream
2 Tbsps mild Curry powder
1 bunch Cress

Preparation steps

1.

Saute the shallots in a pan in clarified butter.

Ground the turkey breasts in the knife mill. Mix the shallots, almonds, egg yolks and sesame into the ground turkey, season with salt and pepper, and form small meatballs from the mixture.

Fry the meatballs in hot butter slowly until golden brown.

For the sauce, boil the cream with curry and simmer for about 5 minutes, stir well and season with salt and pepper.

Serve the meatballs with the sauce and chopped cress.
